What this system collects
- Attendance events: the time you clock in or out (recorded by our server, not your phone), and the result of each attempt.
- QR verification: which office code you scanned and whether it was valid.
- Approximate location: when you clock in or out, your browser shares a location reading. We store only the distance from the office and the reading’s accuracy — not your coordinates, and we do not track you at any other time.
- Limited device and security data: a random device identifier, browser and operating-system family, IP address and sign-in activity, used to detect misuse of attendance and accounts. We do not use invasive fingerprinting, and we collect no biometric data.
- Work records: tasks, daily reports, evidence you upload, leave requests and review activity, and an audit trail of significant actions.
Why
To keep an accurate record of attendance and work, to protect company systems and artist/user data, and to administer employment.
Who can see it
You can see your own records. Managers see their team’s records within their scope. Access is limited by role and every sensitive action is logged.
How long we keep it
Detailed attendance events are kept for 365 days; the audit log for 1095 days; daily attendance summaries and reports are kept for employment records according to company retention policy.
Your rights and corrections
If an attendance record is wrong, ask your manager for a correction (the original and the correction are both kept). You may ask management about the personal data held about you and how to correct it.
